YOUR ACCOUNT

If you already have an account with Grimfrost and you're logging in on Grimfrost International for the first time, click the 'Re-activate account' button on the login page grimfrost.eu/account. This has to be done in a web browser.

If you don't already have an account you can easily create one.

LANGUAGES & CURRENCY

You will be able to view Grimfrost International with your own currency.

If you are in Sweden or Germany, you will be offered to view the page in Swedish or German.

GIFT CARDS

If you have a gift card that was issued before September 16 2024, please contact our customer support with the gift card code that you have received, and they will generate a new one with the same amount that you can now use on grimfrost.eu.

THE APP

A new version of the Grimfrost app is available. If you downloaded the app before June 25 2024 and are outside North America, please download the new version.

REWARDS POINTS

Due to the nature of the transfer, points gathered the last week of September/first week of October 2024 might not have been moved over. You may have to add your birthday back to your account.

If you think you have the wrong number of points on your Grimfrost International account, please contact customer support.
